Italian Meatballs
This meatball recipe is a classic that we grew up eating in our Italian home. With a handful of fresh ingredients and some time, you will have a great Sunday night meal. Or, if you decide to double the batch, freeze the other half and you’ll have an easy but delicious weeknight dinner in half the time.
Pasta e Fagioli with Potatoes and Broccoli
Aside from this taking less than 30 minutes to prepare, Pasta e Fagioli is one of my weeknight favourites because it uses mostly ingredients that I always have in my pantry. It’s a classic Italian dish with the addition of a few ingredients and is super simple to prepare.
